For today’s Blogtober post, I found a fun Autumn Tag. Let me know some of your answers to the questions in the comments!

1- Favorite thing about Autumn?

The leaves, changing weather, and especially all of the warm colors.

2- Spooky Autumn or cozy Autumn?

I like a mix of both! I try to keep the spookiness near the end of September but sometimes it is hard not to watch spooky media.

3- Haunted house or Halloween party?

Halloween party, I am such a scaredy cat! I have been to a few haunted houses and as a kid I accidentally hit one of the actors cause they jumped in my face… sorry!

4- Carve pumpkins or paint pumpkins?

I am a fan of either! It’s whatever supplies is available at the time.

5- Go apple picking or go on a hay ride?

If you read my Fall Unpopular Opinions post, you know how I feel about hay rides. Apple picking it is! I think that would be a really fun activity, maybe even better that strawberry picking, which I have done before.

6- Pumpkin spice lattes or mulled apple cider?

I’m pretty neutral on both of these options so I will go with the latte just because it’s like coffee. I have also been into iced drinks even though the weather is cooling off so I’d definitely get it iced!

7- What did you dress up for Halloween last year?

Last year I was Coca-Cola, just a simple coke shirt and white skirt for a party.

8- Falling rain or a crackling fireplace?

Cracking fireplace. I prefer campfire smell over rain smell as well, do fireplaces have a smell? I’ve never had a working one, but I’ve known someone who did and they were always complaining in the winter about how it made their head hurt.

9- Have you purchased any fall decor yet?

No, but I have bought some Halloween toys for my puppy Tori and they are always on the floor somewhere so that counts, right? My boyfriend has also gifted me some Halloween decor- a skeleton chicken that resembles a Chocobo from Final Fantasy and a cute pink witch chick from Target.

11- Favorite Autumn-themed movie?

At first, I wondered what movies were fall themed, and as I thought further, I had trouble choosing just one! I’d say my favorite fall themed movie is Monster House. It is a spooky children’s movie and I believe it was my first scary movie ever. When I think of fall movies, Dead Poet’s Society as well as Goodwill Hunting come to mind, classic Robin Williams movies.

12- Favorite color to wear in Autumn?

Reds! Red is good for any season, because it is my favorite color haha.

13- Favorite Autumn-themed book?

This is hard to answer because books I’ve read span a long time period and many seasons, and also because I haven’t read a good book in too long. If I had to choose, maybe Harry Potter. I need some recommendations!

14- Best way to spend a rainy day?

The best way to spend a rainy day is by staying inside and sleeping until it is over.

15- Favorite Autumn food?

Shepherd’s Pie, mashed potatoes, chicken and dumplings, muffins, the list goes on! I also have post on this coming out tomorrow!

16- Favorite Autumn quote?

The biggest and crunchiest ones!

18- Favorite Autumn activity?

Watching movies and observing all the changes outside.

Something warm like marshmallow or cashmere.

No, I was born in December. Do I wish I was born in Autumn? Also no, haha!
